Transitional Care of Arlington Heights earned Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience AwardTM for providing best-in-class short-term rehabilitative service and care to patients who are recovering from acute and chronic conditions and bridging the distance between hospital and home. 

2019 Pinnacle SealTo earn this recognition for outstanding customer service, Transitional Care of Arlington Heights scored in the top 15% of the nation based on a sampling of patient and family written surveys and telephone interviews with regard to their experiences at the recovery center over a 12-month average.

Managed by the Illinois-based Transitional Care Management, the 120-bed center is the first purpose-built, stand-alone, post-acute care center in the northwest suburbs and offers an alternative to a nursing home-based rehabilitation services for short-term skilled nursing and physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation for patients who are transitioning out of the hospital or other acute care settings.
